Joseph Francis Ogwapit

Mr. Ogwapit is an experienced researcher with reputable expertise in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analytical skills. While serving as the head of research programs at Wilsken Agencies Ltd (2002-2012), he contributed towards national research structured to influence governance, transitional justice and economic development in Uganda, including, the Afro-Baramoter, Deepening Democracy Program, Citizen Empowerment and Political Accountability Program and the Northern Uganda Social Action Fund II.

He has over 10 years of experience in finance and grants management, procurement and logistics, budgeting, fraud detection and prevention, as well as, monitoring and evaluation—a range of expertise he has garnered as a Finance Officer (Grants and Contracts) at the African Center for Global Health and Social Transformation.
