Ms. Nabachwa has over 20 years of experience in human rights advocacy and lobbying with specific expertise in bottom-up approaches to achieving social justice, influencing policy and practice, as well as, advocating for reforms within government spaces.
She currently serves as the Vice President of the International Federation of Human Rights, an institution headquartered in Paris France with a global niche in defending all civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Ms. Nabachwa also acts as the Deputy Director-Programs at the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative, a leading non-governmental organisation in Uganda. She possesses immense experience in programs and grants management, coordination and administration.
